- Provide relevant details such as transaction ID, date, and a brief explanation for the refund.
(3) Refund Processing Time:
- Refund requests will be processed by Tiger New Energy within 10 business days.
(4) Refund Methods:
- Delays may occur due to external factors, and users will be notified of any extended processing times.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
(5) Transaction Disputes:
- In case the original payment method is unavailable, alternative methods may be used at the discretion of Tiger New Energy.
- Users can report transaction disputes through the Tiger New Energy Swapping App.
(6) Cancellation Policy:
- The resolution process will involve a thorough investigation, and users will be notified of the outcome within 14 days.
- Users can cancel a transaction within 24 hours of initiating the swap.
